En fait, c’était la première ...]]> Earlier this year I worked with IFmerch to create a bunch of t-shirts for a huge music event in Montreal. It was the first time my art was to be used for a music festival as big as the Heavy MTL 2011. From this project came out 6 awesome Metal t-shirts. One of those was a limited edition tee sold with the presale tickets, and the others were available all along the event that was this summer on the 23rd and 24th of July. Here’s some pictures of 3 designs that were on sale at the event – and they make a re-run that are available through the online store of Heavy MTL on IFmerch.com.

This summer line is HUGE and it was a pleasure to be involved in such a great release. Then again, my art is featured aside of many other great artists and I am proud of what I have ...]]> Kyle from Electric Zombie contacted me a couple months ago to be part of his 2011 summer line. He had 3 illustrations in mind for me and as soon as i received the brief, i knew it would be a lot of fun to work on those designs! The Line was released earlier this month – on May Friday the 13th – and here’s what I had the chance to work on: Stay Puft the Marshmallow Guy from Ghostbusters, Evil Lord Zedd from the TV series Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and The Private Pizza from Mattel’s Food Fighters action figures from late 80′s.

This summer line is HUGE and it was a pleasure to be involved in such a great release. Then again, my art is featured aside of many other great artists and I am proud of what I have accomplished with EZ. Ok now, Get ready for summer, Visit the Electric Zombie Store and grab a shirt, some posters, a pair of flip flops and a whole bunch of cool stuff.

Le mois dernier, j’ai travaillé sur une illustration pour le Monster Spectacular – un événement de Big Foot annuel qui a lieu un peu partout à travers le Canada. J’ai reçu ma copie personnel du chandail la semaine dernière, mais jai un peu tardé a le poster en ligne. Voici donc quelques clichés du chandail qui est disponible via la boutique en ligne du Monster Spectacular.

Aujourd’hui chez IF Merch c’était la journée ou le modèle en question était ...]]> A couple weeks ago, I did a special edition t-shirt design for the annual Heavy Metal Festival here in Quebec: The Heavy MTL 2011. Today was the day they printed it at IF Merch. They were so kind and invited me to spend the day at the shop, so I had the chance to meet the staff and see all the process of screen printing from a point of view I never saw before. Thanks to everyone at IF Merch for the opportunity of seeing all the hard work involved in the production of t-shirts.

Il y a quelques semaines, j’ai réalisé un design spécial pour le Heavy Mtl 2011. Un design de t-shirt qui fut seulement disponible lors de la prévente en ligne des billets du Festival. Aujourd’hui chez IF Merch c’était la journée ou le modèle en question était imprimé. J’ai été invité à passer la journée avec eux afin de voir l’arrière scène de la sérigraphie des chandails. J’ai pu rencontrer l’équipe et voir tout le travail impliqué une fois mon illustration envoyé pour la production. Merci encore à tout l’monde chez IF Merch pour la visite.
