I know it’s late to post this because I did that project back in 2009, but I just stumbled upon this ZOMBIE HEAD website again and wanted to share the amazing and unique talent of  Krystal Osborne (the  Artist behind ZH). I don’t remember exactly how I discovered Zombie Head for the first time (I think it was on twitter), but I immediately felt in love with those awesome Zombies/Mutants/Monsters/Aliens pendants (I actually own 2 of them). Those little undead adornments are so well executed and the attention to details is beyond the graves. All of them are hand made and totally one of a kind. If you love macabre stuff… you’ll love  Zombie Head for sure – and you’ll be even more impressed once you got one in your hands.

En Mai dernier j’ai eu la chance de travailler avec Niko, le frontman de Tagada Jones, un groupe de la scène Punk/Metal française désormais culte. J’ai illustré 2 chandails pour lui dont un pour Tagada Jones et l’autre pour le Bal des Enragés. Le tout devait être prêt pour leur petite virée ici aux Francofolies de Montréal en Juin. Le temps à passé depuis et aujourd’hui j’ai reçu une belle surprise dans ma boîte aux lettres: Mes copies personnelles HOURRRAAAA! Que dire? Le travail à été très bien fait! Petit bémol par contre pour la dimension du artwork sur le chandail, qui à mon avis aurait pu être beaucoup plus gros. J’ai été plus qu’heureux d’avoir plusieurs extras dans le paquet incluant 2 CD à écouter dans le tapis et une belle poignée de stickers du Bal. Merci …

Yesterday I was on the guest list for “The Coronary Evidence Tour” in Drummondville, Qc to see Aborted and Augury Live! It’s always a pleasure to meet bands I did crazy Art for. I talked a bit with Sven and Frank about Art, Designers and Merch, Did some heandband, ate a poutine and went back home with some sweet T-Shirts for my portfolio. Those just scream AWESOMNESS!!!!!
